Direct, manage and oversee the IT operations and risk of Information Technology Infrastructure
Work closely with CIO to assess the current and long term infrastructure and IT needs
Ensure that information technology support entities perform to the satisfaction of its users and management in conjunction with banking and HKMA regulatory standards
Build up the IT team and develop professional staff to ensure excellent services delivery
Job Requirements:
University degree holder
10+ years’ experience in IT operations management, people management and vendor management
Knowledgeable in Retail banking business
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure design and roadmap development, IT security standard, data center operations and regulatory compliance
Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Chinese and Mandarin) and English
