Formulate, direct, manage and oversee the projects and operations of Information Technology Infrastructure of the Bank
Work closely with Department Head to assess the current and long term infrastructure and IT needs for the Bank
Ensure that information technology support entities perform to the satisfaction of its users and management in conjunction with banking and regulatory standards
Manage the production support function including establishing procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting issues and escalation with internal teams
Job Requirements:
University degree holder
10+ years’ experience in IT operations management and infrastructure with Bank / Financial Sector
Proven experience in leading an IT department and operating at senior management level
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, end user support and operations including hardware design and delivery, network technologies, server and storage, LAN/ WAN, telephony, system administration, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Chinese and Mandarin) and English
