Create, implement and communicate the long-term strategy and vision for application development
Develop a highly collaborative team environment which motivates a diverse team of senior technical talent
Manage the process for reviewing and approving technology roadmaps with an emphasis on maximizing business impact and customer success. Communicate and share these roadmaps with the rest of the organization
Be an active, key participant in steering committee meetings with directors and executive level management to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address technical issues. Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision of application development
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
8+ years managing application team experience with Retail Bank
Experience leading senior technical leaders with multiple disciplines through the execution and delivery of large projects or products that meet or exceed expectations
Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the company
Have an exceptional understanding of industry trends, Stay updated to the latest news/changes in technology
Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
