Our client is one of the well-known insurance group with deep-rooted Life business in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Finance Officer supporting their claims department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine accounting transactions such as data entry, cheque issue preparation, general ledger, bank-in and invoice issuing
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounts statements and schedules;
- Ensure timely payment and prepare with necessary documents & supporting.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience;
- Experience in financial reporting and forecasting;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Excel
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
