Our client, an expanding securities brokerage firm, is urgently looking for a Branch Operation Manager to join their Operation team.
Job Description:
- Prepare and monitor daily and monthly FRR in RA1 and RA2 under the SFO independently
- Monitoring daily cash flow, client money and other regulatory requirements under the SFO
- Perform financial analysis and prepare monthly management accounting reports to top management
- Preparation of documents and liaise with external auditors for audits
- Preparation of group budget and perform variance analysis periodically
- Perform cost analysis and prepare recommendation report to top management
- Preparation of Accounting Manuals, Internal guidelines and regulations as assigned by the Management
- Perform ad-hoc reports requested by top management
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder major in accounting or related discipline with HKICPA qualification
- At least 5 years FRR and management accounting experience in securities brokerage or FI sector is a MUST
- Able to work under pressure and prepare reports within high quality within tight deadlines
- Team player with mature and proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in writing Chinese Reports is an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
