Our client is looking for CSO supporting their hotline service for employee benefits / MPF.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle on day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers via phone and email.
- Provide customer service, handle follow-up enquiries and problem solving in relation to after-sales and new business service issues.
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative work.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holders with 3 years of insurance Employee Benefits and/or MPF experience.
- IIQE license is preferred.
- Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
