Job Description:

  • Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the availability of banking applications and infrastructure
  • Drive programs focused on incident prevention, early identification, and proactive resolution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on service uptime and incident response times
  • Collaborate with various teams to promote effective incident prevention and communication
  • Manage the teams responsible for incident management, problem-solving, and change processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing complex data center environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of banking applications, infrastructure, and the associated support processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in incident prevention, identification, and resolution
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
