Job Description:
- Lead initiatives to continuously enhance the availability of banking applications and infrastructure
- Drive programs focused on incident prevention, early identification, and proactive resolution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on service uptime and incident response times
- Collaborate with various teams to promote effective incident prevention and communication
- Manage the teams responsible for incident management, problem-solving, and change processes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing complex data center environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of banking applications, infrastructure, and the associated support processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in incident prevention, identification, and resolution
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
