Promote, document, and implement industry best practices, implement tools and establish standards that allow the team to develop and rapidly deploy high quality applications
Maintain and ensure availability of all development environment
Tackle technical problems and drive technical excellence via strong leadership of the engineering team
Work closely with engineers during the deployment and testing phases to provide insight into operational, security, and performance considerations
Mentor team members to grow skill and prepare for future growth with the Bank
Maintain enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensure scalability
Advocate and implement industry best practices for configuration management and build/deployment automation
Investigate technologies and recommend solutions to meet growing Bank needs
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
5+ years of digital technical management, application architect or related experience with bank or financial services sector
Proven experience in designing and developing API driven applications
Microservices experience
Experience in DevOps practice and test tools is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
