Develop digital strategies to drive the next generation of digital banking
Involve in project life cycle for digital projects including user requirements preparation, review of User Acceptance Test cases and results, preparing customer communication and internal training, etc.
Work with teammates on digital banking projects to increase the competitiveness of the platforms
Work with IT and other stakeholders to explore new solutions to increase the efficiency of the digital communication channels
Work closely and solicit support from all other units of the bank to ensure the best possible product offering and delivery which are complying with regulatory requirements
Prepare and provide training and guidance to the staff of Branches and other parties
Conduct regular reviews and analysis on compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
Formulate reports on implementation of risk and compliance controls to management, Risk, Audit and Compliance
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
2+ years of working experience with digital (online or mobile platform) with Bank
Understanding of personal banking digital products is highly preferred
Energetic and excited about web and mobile technologies and bring digital ideas to real life
Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
