Job Description:
- Lead small team to deliver technical solutions to support internal and web based applications
- Ensure the right solutions are developed and implemented successfully
- Ensure all application projects are properly scheduled and resources assigned
- Collaborate with marketing and new product development teams to understand and solve their web based application needs, include maintaining and modifying existing applications along with creating new applications as required by the business
- Ensure that all applications are operationally maintained and up to date and adhering to non-functional requirements such as performance or security
- Identify application weaknesses and recommend solutions that utilise the most efficient and current technologies to improve the application
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Extensive experience of Java application development and project management with insurance / financial services industry / or multinational company
- Knowledge in PHP development is a plus
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end delivery of complex, highly regulated projects across a range of business areas
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
