Our client is a high end luxury brand with great presence across the Region. They are currently looking for management staffs to join their team.
The incumbent will be reporting to Store Manager directly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve the Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
- Assist in completing daily, weekly and monthly report on business trends and be proactive to suggest to Store Manager action plan to drive result
- Responsible for execution of the store action plans to drives KPI results and maximizes business opportunities
- Grow and develop loyal customer base through engaging every client with quality relationship management Manage the store general administration activities / reporting
- Assist Store Manager to manage inventory control for any product quality, stock loss, loss prevention issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in retail / luxury industry
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Energetic, outgoing and pleasant personality with good customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
