Job Description:
- Lead and manage a high-performing dealing team.
- Facilitate seamless trading activities across local and global markets.
- Provide superior client services, including handling general inquiries and account openings.
- Monitor trading systems and oversee online transaction processing.
- Ensure efficient daily operations and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Conduct end-of-day processing and related tasks.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or a business-related discipline
- Holder of a valid SFC license (RA1)
- Minimum 5 years of proven dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Adept at multitasking and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
