Plan, execute, and oversee the design and implementation of all major data architecture and data strategy changes and upgrades
Responsible for designing and maintaining data processes and architectural designs for data systems
Drive the appropriate flow of information across the Bank while ensuring compliance with data privacy, protection, security with all applicable regulatory requirement, and business/technology needs and roadmaps
Use design thinking approaches to achieve enterprise level data architecture
Communicate and own the governance process of data related tasks
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
Understanding of enterprise data strategies and tools use for vast solutions
Experience using data practices to build data drive solutions, functionalities, and aid in cost effective measures
Understands the development lifecycle, requirements, and design techniques
Experienced with data warehousing, data governance, data pipelines and any other analytical techniques
Demonstrate a deep understanding of multiple database and data mapping concepts
Experienced knowledge of complex data structures and the ability enhance the data to be integrated across the enterprise.
A problem solver, self-starter and someone who proactively engages with situation and make progress
Ability to empower project teams, providing leadership to help teams move the project forward
Great attention to detail and ability to jump to front line to resolve issues if required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
