Our client is currently looking for Customer Service Officer to support their hotline services.
The incumbent will be reporting to Senior Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Provide professional hotline services to customer which is in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to phone in customers.
- Feedback and suggest for area improvement when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and project when required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business studies / Finance or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance service center with insurance professional qualification.
- Proactive, patience with excellent customer service and high flexibility, able to adapt changes in a fast paced environment.
- Good command in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in MS office package.
