Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer / Relationship Officer to join their branch distribution team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Responsibilities:
- To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
- To build long-term relationships with customers
- To identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
- To acquire new customers through sales and marketing activities
- To coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions
Requirements:
- University graduates preferred, with a minimum of 1- 2 years’ banking experience providing financial services to retail customers
- Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
- Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services, and able to ensure excellent services are delivered
- Pro-active, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
