Our client is looking for a bancassurance manager manage their team to achieve business goal and operation.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head.
Job Description:
- Provide professional pro-sales calls to customer which is in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Feedback and suggest for area improvement when necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and project when required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business studies / Finance or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance call center environment with insurance professional qualification
- Proactive, patience, good team playing with high flexibility, able to adapt changes in a fast paced environment.
- Good Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS office package.
