Our client is looking for a bancassurance manager manage their team to achieve business goal and operation.

The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide professional pro-sales calls to customer which is in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Feedback and suggest for area improvement when necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and project when required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business studies / Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance call center environment with insurance professional qualification
  • Proactive, patience, good team playing with high flexibility, able to adapt changes in a fast paced environment.
  • Good Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in MS office package.
