Our banking client is looking for the Customer Service Executives to join their Call Centre distribution to cope with the company expansion.
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager
- Responsible for answering customer enquiries and handling complaints
- Handle customers retention programs
- Deliver consistent quality services to our customers
Job Requirements:
- Secondary education
- With minimum 1 years’ relevant experience preferably in banking or credit card industry
- Excellent telephone manner and customer servicing skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work on shift basis
