Our client is a Global Bank. They are currently seeking a suitable applicant to join their team to cope with the bank’s expansion. The candidate is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for improving the risk and compliance framework.
- Review and update policies and procedures in line with regulatory updates and changes and communicate to the business.
- Ensure representatives maintain appropriate insurances and memberships.
- Identify any compliance trends and investigate, as well as look at incidents and breaches.
- Provide appropriate and timely guidance to business units on compliance issues and implementation of regulatory and compliance policy changes and provide compliance advisory support.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline and/or professional banking qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in Compliance
- Well conversant in statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under strictly tight deadlines and pressure
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skill
