Job Description:
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute the cloud engineering strategy and cloud transformation program
- Lead a technical team to design, implement, and optimize enterprise infrastructure and platform projects across hybrid environments
- Manage and maintain the organization’s core technology platforms, including cloud resources, servers, databases, storage, and data protection
- Provide technical guidance and training to the IT SysOps team, and work closely with the Cybersecurity team to ensure security and compliance
- Adopt best practices for effective project delivery, including cost optimization, risk management, and change management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure and cloud computing projects, with a focus on cloud transformation. At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with various enterprise infrastructure platforms, including cloud computing, servers, databases, middleware, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps technologies, with proven hands-on experience.
- Technical leadership skills to coach and uplift team members.
- Professional credentials in cloud, infrastructure, platforms, architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Experience in cybersecurity project implementation, including firewalls, proxies, load balancers, VPNs, remote access, multi-factor authentication, data loss protection, and network access control.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and leadership skills. Strong facilitation, vendor management, project management, change management, and relationship management abilities.

- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
