Our client is currently looking for a GI Claims expertise to join their team supporting the claims functions.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for handling daily general insurance all-class claim cases within authorized limit.
- Assist to provide quality claims services according to company service standard, guidelines and procedures
- Ensure claims are settled properly and efficiency in compliance with claims guidelines, Group compliance policies and regulatory requirements
- Answering enquiries and providing claims support to the agents and customers.
- Participate in departmental projects when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines, preferably with ANZIIF or equivalent professional qualification
- 3 – 5 years working experience handling general insurance claims
- Ability to analyze claims trend and natures of risk portfolio
- Proactive with good interpersonal and communication. Strong problem solving skills and able to deal with different levels of counterparts
- Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Conversant with MS office and Chinese Word processing
