Our client is currently looking for a Medical Claims Manager to manage their Medical Claims team.

The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the team to providing all-rounded Medical claims services and support.
  • Provide quality customer service and compliant handling in a professional and effective manner.
  • Monitor and review claim processing practice, procedure and turnaround time; Coordinate with administration team for claims operation and admin tasks.
  • Conduct claims control and data analysis.
  • Provide training to claims assessors.
  • Participate in service meetings with client groups and attend staff benefit briefing sessions when necessary.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and reporting.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with FLMI or equivalent
  • 7 – 8 years’ experience in Medical Claims / Life Claims with at least 3 – 5 years in supervisory role.
  • Good understanding on medical and surgical procedures, policy plan set up and benefit
  • Ability to assess business priorities, Excellent problem solving, coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
