Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Manager to join their channel development team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to formulate, develop and implement business strategies in relation to physical ATM and Branch channel planning, aiming to achieve business targets and improve customer’s experience
- Liaise with Facility Management Department for discussing leasing, renovation and modification works for branches and ATMs
- Coordinate with various departments for the opening, closure and relocation of branch and ATM networks
- Prepare business reports, management proposals, budget memos and correspondence in relation to renovation projects and the opening, closure and relocation of branch and ATM networks
- Handle branch facilities or renovation issues raised by branches or departments
- Monitor the implementation and progress of the renovation projects to ensure they meet user requirements and project schedules
- Ensure adequate facility support for branches, and resolve problems arising in branches on a day-to-day basis
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably major in Business Studies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience banking sector, at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Sound knowledge in branch operations, procedures and practices
- Good communication, analytical and project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
