Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above.
  • For Assistant Business Development Manager: 2+ years of business development and sales experience.
  • For Business Development Manager: 4+ years of business development and sales experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and solid local connections.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries, with a background in pitching to KOLs or event campaigns.
  • Ability to pitch and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
