Work closely with business units to provide business solutions to address business needs
Provide direction for the design, and systems integration of development projects from definition through implementation
Ensure digital deliverables are in compliance with business requirements and standards
Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Serve as liaison between business units and digital / development team
Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing risks throughout the project
Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions\
Support preparation of UAT plan and scripts
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
3+ years of working experience in business analysis
Sound knowledge in digital banking business workflow, products, features and process
Extensive experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, test planning and execution, user acceptance testing definition and execution
Some exposure in regional project management
Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skill
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
