Job Description:

  • Work closely with business units to provide business solutions to address business needs
  • Assist in enhancing existing system to adapt new change for business usual
  • Understand “as-is” operational process flow and prepare business requirement document
  • Assist in managing scope of project and project schedule to meet a tight timeline and KPI
  • Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Perform UAT to ensure the developed system functionality and quality

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 2+ years of working experience in policy administration / servicing
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, test planning and execution, user acceptance testing definition and execution
  • Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skill
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
