Our client is looking for candidates for the following projects:
Branch teller operation / process re-engineering
Core banking system enhancement
Responsibilities:
Consult and collaborate with business groups to understand their business needs, goals and objectives, processes and requirements
Work closely with stakeholders for process improvement initiatives
Review and analyze existing system effectiveness and efficiency
Provide updates to appropriate business groups on the status of projects in progress
Define and execute disciplined project including project planning and tracking, risk, issues and change management
Provide guidance to the project team to complete the project milestones
Work very closely with the business units to ensure project objectives are satisfied
Produce detailed requirements documents and requirements traceability matrices
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
At least 8 years of working experience in business analysis or project management
Extensive knowledge in Core Banking system
Sound knowledge in branch teller operation, card, loans, internet banking, phone banking, self-service banking, insurance, wealth management, CRM, digital, fintech is definitely a plus
Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating and problem solving skills
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
