Job Description:
- Develop and oversee project plans for new ATM installations, relocations, and upgrades
- Identify suitable ATM sites based on customer demographics, foot traffic, and other strategic factors
- Manage relationships with ATM hardware/software vendors and oversee contract negotiations
- Coordinate the logistics of ATM delivery, installation, and configuration with internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor ATM performance metrics and recommend optimizations to enhance availability and customer experience
- Collaborate with the facilities, IT, and operations teams to ensure proper ATM maintenance and issue resolution
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate status reports for stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking/financial services industry
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
