Our client is looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager to take care of their MPF compliance function.
The incumbent will be reporting to Head of Legal directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for MPF and regulatory compliance related operations and matters.
- Handle day-to-day MPF and other regulatory compliance issues including provide compliance advisory and support.
- Review and develop compliance related policies and procedures, conduct compliance reviews and training.
- Assist in handling corporate government matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 10 years relevant working experience.
- Sound knowledge in MPF / Insurance operation or with MPF / Insurance regulations is highly preferable.
- Superb command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Pro-active, detail minded and good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Manager.
