Our client is looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager to take care of their MPF compliance function.

The incumbent will be reporting to Head of Legal directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for MPF and regulatory compliance related operations and matters.
  • Handle day-to-day MPF and other regulatory compliance issues including provide compliance advisory and support.
  • Review and develop compliance related policies and procedures, conduct compliance reviews and training.
  • Assist in handling corporate government matters.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 10 years relevant working experience.
  • Sound knowledge in MPF / Insurance operation or with MPF / Insurance regulations is highly preferable.
  • Superb command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Pro-active, detail minded and good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Manager.
