Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to take care of their bancassurance business and team support.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for account management of existing bancassurance partners.
- Provide business development and marketing support of incentive scheme organizing, promotion campaigns from material sourcing to business reporting.
- Work on sales and marketing material.
- Prepare presentation decks on business and operations review.
- Take part in pitching for new bancassurance partnership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with 7 years’ experience in insurance business development or sales support functions.
- Details with excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Occasional travel to Macau
- Excellent command in English and Chinese with good command in MS Office.
