Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to take care of their bancassurance business and team support.

The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for account management of existing bancassurance partners.
  • Provide business development and marketing support of incentive scheme organizing, promotion campaigns from material sourcing to business reporting.
  • Work on sales and marketing material.
  • Prepare presentation decks on business and operations review.
  • Take part in pitching for new bancassurance partnership.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with 7 years’ experience in insurance business development or sales support functions.
  • Details with excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Occasional travel to Macau
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese with good command in MS Office.

 

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
