Our client is looking for an insurance expertise to handle agency repayment and its operation. The incumbent will be reporting to manager directly.
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with Macau laws by creating policies, monitoring systems, and addressing market complaints.
- Analyze debt profiles in Hong Kong and Macau to identify trends among delinquent agents.
- Develop and apply customized debt recovery strategies based on risk assessments and negotiation tactics.
- Work directly with agents to recover debts, set up payment plans, and coordinate with legal teams as needed.
- Prepare reports on debt recovery, compliance policies, and market conduct issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 4 years’ working experience in agency compliance and debt collection, preferably in insurance or financial services industry.
- Independent, attentive to details, a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
