Job Description:
- Manage overall agency operations, focusing on recruitment support, routine performance reporting, and the analysis of sales and industry data for management assessment.
- Assist in developing and implementing business plans to foster agency growth.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
- Carry out market research to gather valuable insights for new initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years’ working experience in insurance environment.
- Detail-oriented, numerically sensitive, and highly committed to responsibilities.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong PC skills including MS office and Chinese word processing.
