A Chinese Corporate with Insurance focus is currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager take care of their C&B function.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for HR Compensation & Benefits functions performing all round compensation advisory, solutions and its operation.
- Plan and execute manpower development plan accordingly to staff retention rate, departmental business indication and related statistical reports.
- Review and make recommendations including benchmarking, survey and analysis, budget, policies, bonus & commissions and staff development.
- Ad-hoc project when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of C&B experience gained from financial institutions/Insurance or banking preferable.
- Well organized, detail minded with strong number sense skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including fluent Mandarin.
