A Chinese Corporate with Insurance focus is currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager take care of their C&B function.

The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for HR Compensation & Benefits functions performing all round compensation advisory, solutions and its operation.
  • Plan and execute manpower development plan accordingly to staff retention rate, departmental business indication and related statistical reports.
  • Review and make recommendations including benchmarking, survey and analysis, budget, policies, bonus & commissions and staff development.
  • Ad-hoc project when required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of C&B experience gained from financial institutions/Insurance or banking preferable.
  • Well organized, detail minded with strong number sense skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including fluent Mandarin.
