Our client is the appointed loss adjuster and surveyor for the insurers in Hong Kong
Job Description:
- Perform daily accounting operations, including managing accounts receivable and payable, data processing and filing, preparing vouchers and supporting documents, etc.
- Process accounting entries and data input in the MYOB accounting system
- Prepare month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports (including financial statements, corporate governance report, and environmental, social, and governance report)
- Handle other ad-hoc matters as required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (less experience will be considered for the role of Account Clerk)
- Proficient knowledge of the MYOB accounting software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
