Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues, continuously monitor application health, and proactively identify and address potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, procedures, and knowledge management systems to facilitate efficient issue resolution, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Participate in project teams, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the bank’s technology roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze production data, troubleshoot root causes, and propose measures to avoid similar incidents in the future; establish robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to enable early issue detection and response.
- Manage end-to-end incident management and release management processes, schedule changes, cooperate with stakeholders, and ensure the quality and reliability of core banking applications through comprehensive testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years worked as Application Support, Software Quality Assurance, or Production Support with Bank / financial industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
