Provide level 2 Application Support (such as Trading platform troubleshooting and Data maintenance) for investment bank and financial institute clients
Incident investigation
Troubleshoot and investigate technical problems from clients via phone and email and work out appropriate solutions
Handle service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers
Communicate with technical teams who are supposed to involve in the solution and give further support if needed
Perform system health checks on client’s systems, monitor the system and network status
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
At least 2 years working experience as application support, production support, programmer, technical support with Bank or Financial Services Industry
Extensive experience with Shell Scripting and SQL
Knowledge in FIX is a plus
Experienced in supporting order management system, portfolio management system, compliance system, or trade matching system is a plus
