Job Description:

• Provide Application Support (such as Trading platform troubleshooting and Data maintenance) for investment bank and financial institute client
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical problems from clients via phone and email and work out appropriate solutions
• Handle service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers
• Communicate with technical teams who are supposed to involve in the solution and give further support if needed
• Perform system health checks on client’s systems, monitor the system and network status

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience as application support, production support, programmer, technical support
• Familiar with Shell Scripting, SQL
• Sound knowledge in programming is a plus
• Excellent customer service skill
• Excellent spoken and written English skill
