Job Description:

• Coach and help teams understand scrum processes
• Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly
• Enable Process adherence within the teams
• Work with the Product owners to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
• Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvements events
• Appreciate the depths of Agile practices and principles and help teams appreciate them
• Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum Frameworks
• Past Experience working for a large scale agile transformation is desirable
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
• Excellent organizational skills communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
