A reputable life insurance company is currently looking for a Senior Officer supporting their distribution compensation.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Support daily operations and service requests and aligned with company required standard.
- Handle correspondences and mails of incoming and outgoing.
- Handle payment calculation and financing validation.
- Responsible for UAT and facilitate system enhancement.
- Arrange contract signing and fringe benefits to the new agent.
- Responsible for orphan policy assignment.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 4 years’ working experience in distribution compensation.
- Sound knowledge in compensation and work flow.
- Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under tight deadline and high pressure.
- Superb command in written English and Chinese.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager.
