Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant supporting their daily policy administrative operation.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for policy administration including new policy applications, liaise with customer support team to contact customers / partners.
  • To provide operations support and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify areas for policy clarification, updated on regulatory requirements and company’s operational standards.
  • Create documentation of workflows, SOPs and policies.
  • Participates in ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above with 3 years relevant experience in policy administration is preferred.
  • Independent, reliable and a good team player.
  • Good command in MS office in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication in English and Chinese.
