Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant supporting their daily policy administrative operation.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for policy administration including new policy applications, liaise with customer support team to contact customers / partners.
- To provide operations support and maintain accurate records.
- Identify areas for policy clarification, updated on regulatory requirements and company’s operational standards.
- Create documentation of workflows, SOPs and policies.
- Participates in ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above with 3 years relevant experience in policy administration is preferred.
- Independent, reliable and a good team player.
- Good command in MS office in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication in English and Chinese.
