Our banking clients are currently seeking a suitable applicant to join their elite team. The candidate is responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Design, document, configure and test new products on the Murex platform to meet business specifications.
- Investigate and resolve issues raised by customers within the context of the Murex platform
- Propose, design, document and implement approaches to improve/automate processes for configuring and testing the end to end Murex environment.
- Be able to gather and document business requirements, and design and develop solutions within an agreed timeframe, adhering to the Banks Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) process and documentation framework.
- Work with project managers, projects and other developers to enhance and support the Murex platform.
Requirements
- Strong MXML and workflow configuration, debugging and performance tuning experience
- Experience coding trade confirmations and the associated workflows/interfaces
- Experience with Murex interfaces and associated workflows
- Understanding market data and associated Murex configuration skills
- Engaging directly with business staff (Traders, Quants, Risk Managers, Product Controllers, and Market Operations etc.)
- Datamart and Murex db schema knowledge
- Strong experience working on technology enabled change programs/projects
