Our client is seeking for an agency reporting senior officer supporting team reporting and project.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Generate daily and weekly sales reports, evaluating agent performance metrics.
- Support the planning and oversight of agency initiatives, including recruitment, incentive programs, and training.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of agent data, meeting all reporting compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting and data analysis, with insurance industry experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, formulas), with knowledge of Power BI or Tableau as an advantage.
- Highly organized, numerically adept, and skilled at presenting data clearly.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
