Our client, a fast growing Fintech Research FI, is looking for Director to join their Business Development team to cope with the Hong Kong’s and Overseas’ business expansion.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute business plans for Hong Kong and Overseas market and targeting clients in Hong Kong and International capital markets to driving AI research and related financial roadshow business in Hong Kong and US markets
- Establish C-level partnerships with global financial institutions and sovereign funds in Hong Kong
- Develop HK-listing governance framework and represent group in global financial forums and formulate international board and advisory committee
- Build and manage Hong Kong team for sales, customer operation and marketing functions to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Shenzhen R & D team to localize IT / SaaS products according to Hong Kong / US regulations and client needs, driving product optimization
- Serve as strategic bridge between Shenzhen Headqauter, Hong Kong and US, facilitating cross-border collaboration Fintech, AI, compliance and marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or Fintech / IT disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years of sales management in banking / asset management / fintech / IT sector with proven sales track record in scaling cross-border fintech operations
- Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong / US equity markets, AI investment research frameworks and mainstream platforms
- Excellent knowledge of fintech products, SaaS models, able to align technical and business requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & Mandarin
- Result-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to startup dynamics, industry network is a plus.
