Our client is seeking for an agency reporting senior officer supporting team reporting and project.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze agent performance.
- Help plan and monitor agency projects (recruitment, incentives and training).
- Maintain accurate agent data and ensure reporting meets requirements.
- Work with different teams to streamline processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- 3+ years in reporting/data analysis (insurance experience a plus)
- Excellent
- Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas), Power BI/Tableau knowledge helpful
- Organized, good with numbers, and able to explain data clearly
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
