Our Client:

Our client is looking for an experienced Institutional Business Professional to manage a key business portfolio and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence and will report directly to the Department Head.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong business channels for insurance products to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Achieve targets for new business acquisition and renewal retention to support the company’s expansion objectives.
  • Design and implement effective business strategies, including sales campaigns, market research, and performance analysis to optimize results.
  • Foster consistent and productive communication with broker channels to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required to support business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years marketing and sales experience in Life insurance products.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or channel management within the insurance industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable business insights.
  • Excellent command in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
