Our client is looking for an experienced Institutional Business Professional to manage a key business portfolio and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence and will report directly to the Department Head.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong business channels for insurance products to drive growth and market penetration.
- Achieve targets for new business acquisition and renewal retention to support the company’s expansion objectives.
- Design and implement effective business strategies, including sales campaigns, market research, and performance analysis to optimize results.
- Foster consistent and productive communication with broker channels to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required to support business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years marketing and sales experience in Life insurance products.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or channel management within the insurance industry.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable business insights.
- Excellent command in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
