Job Description:
- Design, deliver, and maintaintraining programs to enhance the skills and performance of the Agency force.
- Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content, to support learning objectives.
- Conduct product and sales training, ensuring agents are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and selling techniques.
- Provide regulatory training support(e.g., IIQE, CPD) and maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teamsto optimize sales processes, systems, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with external trainers and support ad-hoc projects to drive business and agent development.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer 6+ years’ experience in training and development, specifically within the insurance agency or financial services industry.
- Strong background in training design, facilitation, and e-learning development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and implement effective solutions.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
