Develop and implement business applications (ERP, MRP, MES, HRMS) to streamline manufacturing operations and produce executive summaries for decision-making.
Establish KPIs, executive summaries, and reports for all factories to track performance.
Utilize IoT, AI, cloud computing, and data analytics to evolve operations into “smart factories” with improved resource efficiency and real-time monitoring capabilities.
Deploy advanced modules in Oracle EBS to support both current and new operational needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing or technology environment, with proven expertise in Oracle ERP systems.
Proficiency in developing business applications.
Strong ability to analyze data, generate KPIs, and create executive summaries to drive decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and management.
Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion, adept at meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
