Description:
- Lead a team of network architects and engineers to manage IT and OT network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT network technology and services.
- Establish a robust operations model to achieve 99.999% network availability, preventing interruptions to customer-facing and internal services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define service level objectives (SLO/SLA) and ensure transparency in IT network services for effective project planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing team capabilities and reducing reliance on vendors for technology support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as an IT network and security manager, with a focus on enterprise-level networks.
- Proven strategic thinker with a track record of developing IT network roadmaps and transitioning teams to cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining high-availability IT network infrastructure, utilizing proactive monitoring and automated remediation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a deep understanding of networking protocols and cloud networking technologies, especially Azure, Ali Cloud, and Oracle Cloud.
