Responsibilities
Create and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
Oversee the execution of visual displays in-store, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation across all locations.
Lead and inspire the visual merchandising team to enhance their skills and drive creativity in store layouts and displays.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure visual merchandising supports overall business objectives and enhances customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail environments.
Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail and trends in visual presentation.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.
Ability to analyze sales data and customer insights to inform visual merchandising strategies.
