Job Description:
Plan, execute, and oversee data testing projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for LLM applications, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain testing standards, documentation, and best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to data quality and testing processes.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in testing machine learning models and large language models.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for ML/LLM applications.
- Understanding of data analysis, data quality metrics, and performance testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
