Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service excellence.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales performance by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a luxurious shopping experience by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and image of the luxury brand while fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of retail metrics and experience in driving sales growth through effective strategies.
